About Abigail
In 2021, Abigail was awarded a PhD scholarship under the Helping the Medical Matchmakers: Sustaining and Understanding Living Donors research program. Her PhD research focuses on using psychological ownership - the feeling that something belongs to you- to enhance retention in blood donors. Abigail’s research expertise broadly lies in implementing social psychology theory to enhance donor recruitment and retention.
While Abigail primarily researchers blood donors, her research interests extend to all donors of human substances, as well as charitable donors and volunteers.
Abigail is open to discussing research collaborations or speaker engagements. Please get in touch via email.
